Yes, unless otherwise requested we will continue to send the same team who already knows your home and understands your needs. All of our team members go through formal training. They are customer friendly, trustworthy and have an eye for detail. You should expect all of our team members uniformed, fully insured and bonded.
OH-OH! WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED DURING MY CLEANING?
Our team members are very meticulous and treat your home with respect. There shouldn’t be any worries, but if something were to happen we will gladly repair or if need be replace the damaged item.

We like to make it as convenient as possible for you. Payments can be set-up to be automatically charged to your credit card. Other customers prefer to leave a check or pay cash the option is up to you! Keep in mind that checks are to be made payable to: Spotless Cleaning Chicago LLC and payments are due on the day of your cleaning.
I WILL BE SPENDING MY TIME DOING WHAT I LIKE DOING…SO, DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
Absolutely not! Unless you want to but we want you to enjoy your time and invest it wisely! We definitely need to have access to your home, which is why you have the option of leaving a key with your doorman, with us, or you can let us know how to access your home. We take the proper steps to ensure they keys are coded and they are collected
I DIDN’T REALIZE MY SCHEDULED CLEANING FALLS ON THE 4TH OF JULY. I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY CLEANING WHO DO I CALL?
We are on top of this if it falls on a holiday we will call a week before to reschedule. Now, if you need ot reschedule for whatever reason please do so within 48 hours. We want to make sure we provide the same respect for our team
